Behind Asu Mare! are Noelia and Cristian. Noelia has always dreamed of opening a restaurant to share the rich flavors of her homeland, Peru, while Cristian envisions running a business where cooking is an art form. Together, we have created a menu that is deeply rooted in our love for Peruvian culinary culture, with dishes carefully crafted to provide our guests with an unforgettable taste experience.
